3 New Captivate Knowledge Checks to Put Into Action

One handy utility of Adobe Captivate is the option to include shared actions. Simply put, a shared action allows you to create a certain action or protocol within a course (for instance, having feedback pop up after selecting an answer) and repeat it in multiple parts of the course. The beauty of this is that you can create one action, save it as a shared action, and then all you have to do is run the shared action at another point in your course. You can even change the parameters that you’ve chosen to be editable rather than modifying the entire action, allowing edits to be both universal and specific depending on your needs.
