Every quarter, as one of our team-building exercises at Learnkit, we’ve committed to scheduling an activity for the team to learn something new together. So far we’ve learned to make our own bitters, improve our culinary skills and next week we are going to visit an escape room for the first time (wish us luck!). We’ve found that this not only helps us get to know each other better, but we also get the chance to develop as individuals in new competencies.
