The social learning model disrupts traditional models, puts learners on a path to success Once upon a time, social learning value was not well understood and there was a very limited, narrow definition of how learning was executed, and how learners were taught. In this old model, instructors kept learning content heavily guarded, and knowledge was delivered in a top-down “push” manner, with learners at the receiving end of instructor-led, classroom-based training.
