I BOUGHT A TV!

We’ve all had our share of unique experiences with sales staff at retail outlets. These encounters range from being rib-tickling hilarious to plain bizarre – nice to reminiscence, but at the end of the day – one wonders about the training retail outlet employees are privy to. It’s easy for a customer to spot a well-trained sales person from one who has not received the best possible training or worse still – no organizational training at all! With this very simple anecdote I hope to highlight the embarrassment and loss of customers retail outlets are heading for in the absence of proper training.

My old TV was shot, and the family grumbled endlessly until I knew I had to bite the bullet. Even I was tired of the distorted flickering picture, so I consulted the bank balance and decided how much I could spend.
