One of the most debilitating conditions for any type of job is stress, as it is an emotional reaction that creates feelings of unease, along with holding a potential to adversely affect a person's well-being. There has been quite a lot written about stress management and may seem there is nothing more that can be said about it; however, instead of approaching it from a management perspective it is helpful to understand the internalized process that occurs as a means of addressing rather than managing it. By the time that a person acknowledges they are experiencing stress it is likely at a critical point where the indicators have not been dealt with and turning it around will take a concerted effort. This is a condition that requires proactivity, especially when working conditions or circumstances are not ideal. While any job has the potential for stress is possible to control how you work within this type of environment and maintain emotional stability.
