Even after many years as a Client Relationship Executive, I still feel the adrenaline rush of helping a client determine how to get their employee training project/initiative accomplished successfully. My head starts swimming with ideas as I contemplate the best way to resource the project (outsourcing vs. staff aug) and who would be the perfect fit to partner with the client. The longer we’ve been working with a client, the better this process gets —we get to know their preferences, processes, people, and working styles.
Once you find a supplier you love, stick with them so they can know your business intimately. This will provide them the ability to anticipate needs and understand what works best in your environment; it can ultimately save you a lot of headache and heartache.
