Your learners world impinges on your learning architectureEvery learning development should be built on firm foundations. We need to know our audience. I don’t just mean the learners as they work through our e-learning, although there is much we should consider here; after all if the learners fail to learn, or apply what they have learned, then our e-learning has failed. But there is also another side to our audience we should consider; a learner who has much interference in their life, are easily distracted and quickly frustrated – in fact our learners have another life of which our course is only a part.
