Vet Tech Student Gains Experience Both in the Classroom and on the Job

When it comes to veterinary medicine, Travon Moore is fascinated. Just spend a couple minutes talking to him about the veterinary technology program and you will know what I am talking about.

Since enrolling in the program in 2012, Travon has made the most of every class and experience. It is the hands-on, real-world experience that he enjoys the most and feels is the strength of the program here at Globe University-Eau Claire. He knows he is making a difference every day in the lives of animals in the Chippewa Valley and could not be more excited.

In addition to his full-time career of being a vet tech student, Travon is also an animal caretaker at a local veterinary clinic. It was through his hard work in the classroom and a recommendation from one of the on staff veterinarians that Travon accredits to securing this position.
