Weekly Status Reports as Standard

At GLAD, looking after our clients and ensuring they remain well-informed on the status of their project is key to our strategy. We are always on hand to answer questions and provide updates. A major part of achieving this is our innovative project status update tool. Clients receive this on a weekly basis. I thought I’d use this blog to explain why we use it, how it benefits our clients, and what type of information it contains.

We understand that clients need to know whether the elearning they have entrusted us to create is ahead, on or behind schedule. Weekly status reports are a great way to update everyone about where a project is in relation to where it should be at that time.
