There’s been quite a lot recently about the most important influencers in elearning. I’m not sure who they are influencing or how they are assessed as influencers, but they are certainly some of the big names in the industry.
If you look them up on LinkedIn you can see their background and qualifications.
What struck me was that the academic path they chose often (at least 60% of the time) had nothing to do with teaching, training or education, yet they comment on learning, albeit in a digital environment.
