As a marketing team in a small technological advanced organisation email marketing has always been at the forefront of our marketing campaigns. Sending a variety of personal emails, mass mailshots and newsletters. This approach has always been our main focus due to the industry we operate and the simplicity of sending emails out to a mass audience. Over the years we have had mixed responses from this method some good, some not so good and at times no response at all. Direct mail has always been a discussion point in our office and becoming much more of a consideration due to the decrease of emails opened throughout marketing campaigns.
