On this week’s episode I am interviewing Nicole Clewer.
Nicole is the founder of luxury activewear brand Dot Dash Activewear. Prior to this, she was a celebrity trainer with 10 years experience in the fitness industry ranging from Barre, Crossfit, Powerlifting and Personal Training.
After being an ambassador for a renowned fitness brand for five years, she decided to become an ambassador of her own brand and Dot Dash Activewear was born. She started the brand when she was three months pregnant and her son Jago is now one year old. In the first year she was featured in Women’s Health twice alongside other magazines such as ‘Runners World’.
As well as running Dot Dash Activewear, she is a qualified personal Trainer and Associate Lecturer at Oxford Brookes university within the business department. She exercises regularly and in 2014 she broke the squat British record in her weight class.
