086: Tory Wagg – The mental health demands on business owners

On this week’s episode I am interviewing Tory Wagg. Tory is a Chartered Management Accountant who qualified with CIMA in 2006.

She grew up in Hampshire and studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Pembroke College, Oxford. She trained whilst working in industry for Nestle Waters and for the University of Oxford, and went on to start Panthera Accounting a few months after her first daughter, Melissa, was born, back in 2006.

Panthera has grown from a one-woman band to a team of 8 across two offices. Panthera is on a mission to help small business owners thrive and achieve their goals through the magic combination of great financial processes and a very caring support team.

Tory lives in South Oxfordshire with her husband Jake, daughters Melissa and Jasmine, 3 labradors and one very harassed cat.
