2021 HR Trends and Future Predictions

Over the past year and a half, world economies have taken a hit across multiple industries. The Travel, Entertainment, Accommodations, and Food industries were hit the hardest, with many restrictions imposed on how organizations conduct their business.

Although a relatively new domain, the Human Resource Management industry (HRM or simply HR) has changed the most. From a mixed HR global economy, where remote work was just starting to flourish, in 2021, companies across the map are huddling to hire professionals that can and are willing to work remotely.
