5 Effective Training Delivery Methods for Remote Teams

The remote workforce has been slowly growing for the past several years. However, the recent pandemic and the various safety restrictions that have been in place on and off over the last year have changed this. Before the pandemic, about 5% of the workforce was working remotely. A year later, this number is expected to settle between 20-30% (1).

A new model of the hybrid workplace is on the horizon. In a recent survey by Gartner, it was found that 82% of business leaders shared that they plan to let employees continue to work from home at least part of the time moving forward (2).

A hybrid workplace is where employees work from home part time and in the office the rest of the week. This model will give employees more flexibility in their schedules while still allowing them to get face-to-face interactions with their peers. The hybrid model is also cost-effective. Organizations who adopt the hybrid workplace will no longer need large high rise office spaces.
