5 Key Points on the Value of Content Feedback in eLearning

User feedback is king and ensuring that you use and learn from it and implement recommendations/feedback is event more important. This reminds me of what one of my teachers used to say, “Listen and learn!”

Over the years of implementing an LMS, for me one the one key functionalities when implementing and managing an eLearning strategy is the user feedback functions available on the LMS for the content that you serve up to your users. With the amount of investment that goes into creating and pushing content to your users via the LMS, you want to ensure that your users benefit from this content and you are effectively getting a return on investment (ROI) on the content you are providing.
