5 Tips for Chinese Students Who Want To Attend American Universities

Studying and receiving a college education in the US is a growing trend around the world. During the school year  2016-2017, almost 351 thousand Chinese students were studying in higher education institutions in the United States.

Going abroad for education and international degrees can have tremendous benefits for students as well as both countries. Students can and often do return to their home countries once they complete their college degrees.

If you are in China and are considering applying to a US university, you may find it can be a challenge, as with anyone applying to college.

Exceptional scoring on US standardized tests (including the ACT or SAT) will not guarantee admission into schools like Princeton, Harvard, and Stanford.
