What are the changing work attitudes that Gen-Z is introducing? Well, flexible attitudes at working hours and increase of technology are the prominent ones. According to some figures, 90% of Gen-Z employees prefer a dynamic work environment. Similarly, 70% of them expect their work hours to exceed the traditional 9 to 5 system.
