#617 Video missing some captions? Google’s Instant Caption will help!

If you are watching a video and the captions are missing, worry not, Google have added a nifty new feature to it’s Chrome browser called instant caption. When you have it enabled, it automatically recognises that a video is playing and will start to caption it. I find this is useful for Twitter, as I can get sense of what is in the video before deciding to play it.
