Every February, we all spend a little extra time thinking about our relationships.

For many of you, this means hitting up the local flower shop or buying a card for the people you love, but you may be neglecting another important group of people who want attention just as much: your customers. ?

We expect a lot from our customers — we want them to care about what we have to say, open our emails, download our files, purchase our products, click our links, recommend our articles, and yet, what do we do for them?

Relationships, after all, are a two-way street, so while it’s important to make your loved ones feel special, putting in some effort to improve (or maintain) your customer relationships is just as important.
