A personal invitation from Nigel Paine!

So many conferences choose breadth over depth. Multiple speakers for perhaps 30 minutes endlessly repeated across one or two days. There’s nothing wrong with that, but there are other ways of getting ideas and developing yourself.

Martin Cozins and I decided we wanted to do something different that involved a lot more in-depth hands-on experience of fewer topics. We were incredibly lucky in that Ellicom, a Montreal-based e-learning development and consultancy company had already run three Bootcamps in Montreal, and wanted to expand the idea outside Canada.

Our two ideas blended! Martin and I were able to put together a programme, find an amazing workspace to run it in, and Ellicom is using its event expertise and experience from three previous Bootcamps to launch Bootcamp number four in London.
