Adobe Captivate 7 : error launching

Dear Adobe Community,

Since several days (1- or 2 weeks exactly), my Adobe Captivate 7 has error when I try to launch the software.

So I uninstall, then install back, use the software several times like launching 3 or 4 times, and I have this following error message back.

 

For information, I have on this computer install the following version of Adobe Captivate :

7, 8, 9 and 2017.

I’m using the 7 one, for a customer who use it for his own course design.
