Adobe Captivate Reporting To An Internal Server Error With Configure Settings

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if you could please help me regarding the configure settings on Reporting a Quiz on Adobe Captivate.

I have managed to connect to an LMS Internal Server correctly with the project working an online web browser for the draft version. However, the connection to the Adobe Captivate Quiz Results Analyzer was not recording the information as it kept saying about an ‘Unknown Error’ in the prototyping stage, when tested on web browser.

So I wanted to go back into the Internal Server configure settings to alter some information to play about with testing it out but when going back into these settings to change the configure settings, it will not let me change anything as other options for Adobe ID float over the fields.
