B-A Tech Club Students Rock the PA Computer Fair

What: The Regional Pennsylvania High School Computer Fair, an annual event that highlights Pennsylvania high school and middle school students’ application skills and computer knowledge.

Where: Penn State Altoona Campus

When: March 11, 2016

Who: Nine of my Tech Club students

Why: So these students could have the opportunity to unleash their creativity via various projects and use these finished products to compete against other students. First place winners in each category earned the chance to attend the state-wide competition being held at Dickinson College in May.

The Outcome: A lot of learning and some way cool bling: One silver & one bronze medal!

(Not too shabby for competing in this activity for the  first-time ever, especially considering there were 78 total projects!)
