B2B Customer Education Experts Evaluate State of the Industry

Conducted by Claire Schooley, the former lead learning analyst at Forrester, and Barry Kelly, founder and CEO of Thought Industries, this was the second annual survey of over 150 individuals over a variety of industries, primarily enterprise software, to understand the perception and the reality of customer training in today's marketplace.
