This is the blog of the Yorkshire-based training company 5th Wall, which specialises in developing personal skills and behaviours. Years of working in the Learning and Development industry led our Director Patrick Holtby to become interested in the business potential of different online training methods, and their ability to deliver sustainable changes. We have therefore recently developed an award-winning platform that enables us to deliver our training-room courses online, creating an innovative new type of e-learning. We release weekly articles with comment and advice on learning techniques, effective (and less effective) training methods, and workplace skills.
