About Cadre & The blog Our people are industry experts, learning designers, graphic designers, web designers, programmers and producers: specialists who are all dedicated to applying their expertise to produce the best learning and performance outcomes for our clients who range from big businesses to international tertiary educators. We’re always experimenting with new ways to stay ahead of the curve and sharing our thoughts and findings with the world. Join our ongoing journey and connect with us on the Cadre Blog. Cadre began in 1997 as the Centre for Applied Design, Research and Education (CADRE) at University of Western Sydney. Our vision and mandate was to explore how technology could enhance educational outcomes for Australia’s education and corporate sectors. Acquired by Navitas in 2012, today we are delivering on that vision, working with some of Australia’s most respected institutions and companies to enhance performance, mitigate risk and improve employee engagement through online learning and knowledge sharing that really works.
