Tom Spiglanin

I try to write a few times each month on topics related to learning in the workplace. Inspiration for writing usually comes from one encounter or another that starts me thinking and synthesizing new thoughts, merging the new with prior knowledge. Lately, my thoughts are often tangential to the organizational training function but still relevant (like speaking in public or writing). My posts are intended to be easy to read and follow, but often this comes at the cost of less detail. Where appropriate, I’ll include reference to other, often longer posts, for those who want that additional detail. If ever you find you need more information, please don’t hesitate to ask or post a reply. My post topics will vary with what I’ve found interesting, but I’ll try to stick with the theme of this site as much as possible: workplace learning.
