Burnout (09) / #100DaysToOffload

After 6 months in lockdown and working from home, being furloughed or losing your job due to redundancy, it is even more important now that we don’t give up and succumb to burnout.

This isn’t a rant, it isn’t a gripe or a post of a complaint about lockdown or the useless approach taken by the UK government to avoid its responsibility (there are enough of those already), but a reminder we need to take care of ourselves in order to care for others – family members, neighbours, work colleagues, and the spread of COVID.
