Checklist to measure effectiveness of an eLearning program

The E-learning industry has taken the learning by storm by providing all the flexibility that a learner would look out for. Many of the organizations have shifted from the traditional approach of learning to an advance E-learning courses. No doubt E-learning is much more effective as compared to the traditional one but it does not happen over night. E-learning professionals undergoes intense research to come out with such a  effective and engaging module. E-learning effectiveness depends on various parameters and it does not make any sense in providing a highly priced  modules to which learners are not able to relate with. E-learning module should be designed with a vision of increasing the efficiency of the employees and help them do well in their jobs. Measuring the effectiveness of eLearning courses will  also helpthe  training managers to decide whether these eLearning courses are effective for their teams.
