I recently discovered ThingLink which is an online platform that allows you to create interactive images and videos. Initial thought: PERFECT for the classroom!
I went to their website to sign-up and encountered the only hiccup that I incurred throughout my ThingLink experience. I found that if I deselected the box to receive their newsletter, I couldn’t sign up. I tried five times in various browsers and it wouldn’t allow me to register. Finally when I selected the box, my registration completed.
Anyway, once I was in I was happy to find a number of video tutorials to get me started. I watched one that stepped me through the process of adding links to an image. It was easy to follow and made the process of creating interactive images seem simple (which it ultimately was).
