The beautiful (yet challenging!) part of being a start-up (or choosing to bring your in-person courses online) is that you are not fully formed or 100% defined in your mission. From a strategic standpoint, this is both good and bad. Good that in being in the beginning stages of building a company you are unencumbered by established (sometimes dogmatic) protocols. The sky is the limit and you are much more free to think outside of the box and be innovative!
However, the “bad” comes into play in that you have to figure out and plan for how you’re going to get where your start-up is headed as a company with eLearning.
And often… what you plan for is often not where you end up…
