Florida Virtual School Student Sings National Anthem at NBA Game

To say our students are talented would be an understatement, they’re basically superstars. No, really. Florida Virtual School (FLVS) has many notable alumni that are performers and athletes like country singer Noah Schnacky, professional tennis player Coco Guaff, and MLB player Jose Salas. And recently, I had the pleasure of talking to FLVS student and singer Pranysqa Mishra.  

Pranysqa is one of our FLVS Full Time third grade students who has made a name for herself, singing “O Canada” and “The Star-Spangled Banner” at sporting events across the United States and Canada.  

Originally from Ontario, Canada, Pranysqa began singing when she was just five years old and started performing at six years old when she was invited to sing at a NBA Washington Wizards game. Pranysqa’s family quickly saw her potential and decided to move to Tampa, Florida to pursue her singing career.
