France: Klassroom raises 300.000 Euro

Teacher parent communication platform Klassroom raised 300.000 Euro from SmartAngels and Allianz/Idinvest. The funding will be used for research and development of the product.

Founded in 2014 by Frank-David Cohen et Damien Rottemberg, Klassroom is currently used in over forty classrooms across France and the United States.

Klassroom faces competition from established US-based platforms like Remind (formerly Remind101) which raised significant funding and is pushing its platform into international markets, currently reaching over 20 million users.
