Get them to Show Up
It is not your regular office day that you walk in and see all your resources in front of you, so coordinating the team meets are a nightmare. By now you must have automated the process of sending meeting invites and reminders, but regularity is still an issue. We suggest you bring in a gamification element by giving them points for joining the call. According to a research conducted in 2019, 89% of employees would spend more time on an application or software if there was a gamified element there.
