Getting Feedback on Your eLearning Course

Getting feedback on your eLearning course is a great way to improve your content.  It will allow your users (or in our case, our clients) to have an added voice to the quality of the products you’ve made and the ones you will produce in the future. We will, from time to time, send surveys to our clients as a part of our Quality Assurance process to make sure we are creating the best courses possible. In the tutorial below, I want to show you how you can use Google Docs to create a custom survey to get that feedback you’re looking for on your course.

Here is the link to the basic survey form created in the video.  Understand that giving the world wide web a copy to this link means that anyone can edit it (for better or for worse). I strongly encourage you to make a copy of it before editing it! That will keep it nice and clean for anyone else looking to use this template later on. You can do this by clicking File > Make a copy… after clicking on the link. If you run into problems, leave a comment below.
