Globe University-Sioux Falls Students Participate in Drug & Alcohol Prevention Event

Globe University has a long tradition of supporting a drug and alcohol free environment on their campuses. Staff members at Globe University-Sioux Falls are eager to help students by providing resources around the community. It’s not every day we are able to discuss these issues with students, which is why a drug and alcohol awareness event was held on Tuesday, November 11th.

A representative from Volunteers of America came to campus equipped with information and activities for students on drug and alcohol. Diane Hall, from South Dakota Highway Safety, brought “drunk goggles” with her, along with visual aids on statistics for highway accidents in Lincoln and Minehaha counties.
