Helping our customers fill in the gaps: Employee retention for the win!

Recently we had a call with a long-standing client to talk about how their LMS uses Rustici Engine. The development team on their side has changed a bit since we first started working together 5 years ago. Many of the original decisions that were made way back when on how to integrate Rustici Engine (known as SCORM Engine in those days) with their LMS were lost in transition, so it was hard for them to understand the original intent or vision previous product teams had in mind. Fortunately, the lead developer from Rustici is still here (side note, he’s now our CEO) and was able to provide some background to help offer additional context. That insight and legacy knowledge helped the product team to fill in the gaps to better understand those original decisions.
