Corporate training has tremendous potential to promote learning in organizations. An organization that becomes practiced in learning and development initiatives and programs has the potential to transform both how employees perform and how the organization performs. Where does this transformational learning begin within an organization? It all starts with the training department and/or the trainers who are tasked with developing training plans. However, the effectiveness of organizational learning depends upon the role of the trainer.
