How Blogging Helps You Sell More Courses

I have been blogging here on E-Learning Educators now for over a year.  Before this, I was blogging on an older site (which I will be re-launching later this year) that hosted my Excel courses, and this year I also started blogging on a new site from which I market my Bookkeeping courses.  During this time I have learned a lot about blogging and selling online courses.

What I have found to be fact is that Blogging helps me sell more courses.  In fact blogging is the only marketing I really do.  I don’t take out Google Ads or Facebook ads.  I don’t do webinars (yet!) I don’t have free E-books plugging my courses.

My marketing strategy is a content marketing strategy.  I blog on a regular basis.  Every six months I create a publishing schedule for my blog posts, and ‘mostly’ I stick to this schedule. Obviously there are times when something new happens in the industry that I need to move from the schedule. But organisation and preparation help me run my blog successfully.
