Students love coffee too and often rely on the effects of a heavy dose of caffeine to keep them awake and alert throughout the day. Student life can be difficult. Popularity of Caffeine

Coffee shops are easily accessible. You don’t have to drive far to grab a quick cup of coffee in the mornings because there are stores everywhere! Many students drink coffee, not only in the mornings, but all day long. The continual dosage of caffeine can produce adverse effects if too much is consumed. However, four cups or less can deliver some great mental health benefits.

There are Starbucks and other types of coffee houses littering the streets, especially near large college campuses and high schools. In one study, researchers found that over half of people in the United States over the age of 18 drink coffee every day. Students love caffeinated beverages and rely on them to increase their energy and to stay alert no matter how tired they are.
