Companies worldwide are busy developing solutions for the betterment of their operations. These companies are also using new instruments to get feedback from employees. The 360-degree assessments have been used for this purpose for some time, and involved participants sharing feedback about each other in open sessions in the presence of a moderator. Now, instead of open discussions, the process is more closed, and the participants' ratings are sought out through an online rating assessment.
