The corporate training/Learning and Development (L&D) industry is going digital, with corporate organizations using learning strategies such as gamification, mobile learning, microlearning, and video-based learning to develop skills and knowledge in their employees. Although this is a necessity for them, as digital learning technology is advancing rapidly and is being adopted by global organizations as the standard for Learning and Development, there is still something to be said about Instructor-Led Training.
