How to provide effective training during and after the crisis

The initial panic over COVID-19 has passed. Slowly, everyone is starting to envision the near future. In accordance with research conducted by sociologist Everett Rogers, there are both innovators (pioneers) and laggards (people who only embrace a new technology when there’s no other option left) among trainers. We’ve seen how the corona crisis has affected them: the innovators went fully online within a week, while some laggards immediately threw in the towel. Because those who still refuse to use the world wide web for training courses can’t retain their customers during the crisis.
