Industrial plant needs a VR Safety Training methodology

Training, learning, and development of employees in a safe environment is one of the biggest challenges faced by industries such as oil and gas, mining, pulp and paper, and heavy machinery manufacturers. The workforce in these industries are exposed to heat, danger due to equipment handling, are required to handle explosive material or face chemically harmful radiation.
Further, they are given theoretical training and lack a level of physical training that is quintessential to understand the job role completely. It is a cycle where one requires training or experience to be deployed and at the same time requires a monitored environment to be able to train them properly.
