International Women’s Day: 7 Gender-specific Job Titles

The English language is a great language for many reasons. For example, on this blog you can find this reason here, this one here, and this one, too. And another reason is that, if you want to learn English, you need to know that in English the vast majority of nouns are neutral, that is, there is no linguistic gender differentiation. That makes it easy for people who want to learn English, doesn’t it? One of the trickiest bits of learning Spanish is getting the masculine and feminine nouns right! So that’s great about English, too. However, when it comes to jobs, though most of the titles are neutral, some do differentiate between male and female job titles. So I thought that, in order to celebrate International Women’s Day (tomorrow, 8th March), I would teach you a few female, gender-specific job titles with a few pictures. Let’s get started!
