How does this quote reflect what you do or how you learn? Do you ever find yourself coasting along without much effort or struggle?  

Today might be a good time to step back and consider if you’re challenging yourself enough to be continually growing or if you’re finding your experiences too easy.

Spend a few minutes thinking about where your day is on autopilot and where there are an opportunity and benefit for you to dig deeper into this area.   

Don’t overthink it. It’s not possible to “always do which you cannot” because we have many conveniences that make our lives more pleasurable and we may have other limitations but you should have some sense of your day.
