Learning & Development Resolutions for 2020

2019 was a transformational year in so many ways: technology changed, procedures changed, even teams changed. The one consistency I encountered was the need to effectively align everyone’s expectations and drive the adoption of new practices. That’s how, whether I was designing an eLearning course or managing a blended learning project, I discovered the value of change management. In 2020, I resolve to continue my professional development in change management because its principles are always relevant, even outside of an official change initiative. Change is one of the only constants in life, and I want to be better prepared to survive and influence it.
