LMS eLearning: 5 tips to succeed

Many people are interested in LMS eLearning but there are many factors that go into choosing a successful system. Regular company training is not always effective and can prove problematic to organise if your staff are dispersed across counties, countries or continents so theoretically a switch to an LMS and eLearning should be beneficial as computer-based courses are easier to distribute to people than getting a workforce into one room at the same time. However, typical eLearning courses can be unengaging, long and ineffective: they’re regularly created by third-party organisations who create one-size-fits all courseware to distribute to multiple organisations’ LMSs.
