Most of us have been programmed to assume that learning has a place and time. We went to college and stayed in classrooms for hours at a time. At work, there were seminars and all-day sessions planned for us. Even interactive interactions tend to have criteria and timelines. This obviously isn't how individuals really learn. Instead, we learn and develop every second of each day as we go through our daily activities.
